1. Introduction
My Reliable Mart (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates the website myrmart.com (the “Site”), an online store for health and beauty products, senior healthcare supplies, and personal care items. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site and purchase products.
3. Account Registration
New customers can begin checkout as guests; an account is created after ordering and an email invites you to set a password. Customers with existing accounts are required to sign in. Provide accurate, up-to-date information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
4. Product Information & Pricing
We aim to keep product descriptions, images, availability, and prices accurate. If we discover a pricing or product-information error affecting your order, we will contact you before fulfillment. We will not charge an additional amount or substitute a product without your agreement. You may decline the correction and cancel the affected item for a full refund, without a cancellation or restocking fee. If we cannot fulfill the affected item, we will cancel it and refund any amount already paid for that item to the original payment method. Refunds for these cancellations are issued within 15 calendar days of cancellation; your bank or card issuer may require additional time to display the refund.
5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods displayed at checkout. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and any delivery charges are shown in your order total before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase requirement. 6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, and free standard U.S. shipping are explained in our Shipping Policy. If your order is delayed, lost, or marked delivered but not received, contact marketing@myreliablemart.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and explain the next steps. If we confirm that an order was lost or not delivered to the correct address you supplied, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or refund the affected items if a replacement is unavailable. You do not have to resolve the carrier claim on your own. Incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer are handled under our Shipping Policy.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains cancellations, the 30-day return window, exclusions, customer-paid return shipping, and the 25% restocking fee for eligible change-of-mind returns. Verified defective, damaged-on-arrival, or incorrect items are handled separately: contact us within 30 days after delivery with your order number and photos. We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or refund the affected item if a replacement is unavailable. No restocking fee applies to these verified issues, and we cover any required return shipping. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is owned by myrmart.com or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may use content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
9. User Conduct

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Nassau County, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
