1. Sales Tax & Rates
We’re required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to [Your State], where our warehouse is located. The tax rate applied will match our warehouse location’s current rate, which may differ from your local rate. Orders shipped to other U.S. states, territories, and APO/FPO addresses may also incur tax if required by local regulations. If you qualify for tax-exempt status, email your valid resale certificate to marketing@myreliablemart.com before your order ships.
2. Order Processing & Handling
- Processing window: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM ET, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
- Handling time: Please allow 1–3 business days for order verification, picking, and packing.
- Orders placed before 2 PM ET will generally begin processing the same business day.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with USPS and UPS to deliver your order. Available options at checkout:
- Standard Ground: 3–7 business days
- Expedited (2-Day): 2 business days
- Overnight: 1 business day
Note: Delivery times begin once your order ships; weekends and holidays are not counted as delivery days.
4. Free Shipping
Free Standard Ground on domestic orders over $75 (subtotal before tax and discounts), up to 20 lbs total weight. Orders over 20 lbs will incur standard shipping charges. Free-shipping items cannot be combined with coupon codes that grant additional shipping discounts.
5. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your cart’s total weight and destination ZIP code. The more items (and weight) you add, the lower the per-item shipping rate may become.
6. Bulk Orders & Cancellations
- Bulk order definition: Order value over $300.
- Cancellations within 4 hours of placement receive a full refund.
- Cancellations after 4 hours incur a 15% cancellation fee, with the remainder refunded.
7. Partial Shipments & Backorders
We strive to keep all items in stock. If an item is unavailable, we’ll contact you with options:
- Ship in-stock items immediately and hold the rest
- Cancel the out-of-stock item for you
We do not automatically backorder; all shipping decisions require your approval.
8. Address Corrections & Liability
Please enter your shipping address carefully-we cannot reroute packages once handed to the carrier. If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, we reserve the right to charge a $5 correction fee (per carrier charges). We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier errors, weather events, or customs inspections.
9. Oversize, Heavy & Hazardous Goods
Packages over 20 lbs, oversized, or containing hazardous materials may incur additional carrier surcharges. If your order includes such items, we will contact you with the extra fees before processing.
10. International Shipping & Forwarding
We ship domestically to any U.S. address, including freight-forwarding services (e.g., MyUS.com). For direct international shipping, please contact us at marketing@myreliablemart.com for a custom quote. International customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees in their destination country.
11. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear on the carrier’s website. You can also log in to My Account → My Orders to view status.
