Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations accepted within 2 hours of order placement at no charge.
  • Orders canceled after 2 hours incur a $6.99 cancellation fee.
  • To cancel, email marketing@myreliablemart.com within the 2‑hour window.

2. Bulk Orders

  • Defined as orders totaling $300 or more.
  • May be canceled only within 24 hours of placement.
  • No refunds for bulk cancellations after 24 hours; only shipping costs refunded.
  • Special‑order and custom items follow the same bulk policy.

3. Return Authorization

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of invoice date.
  • Contact marketing@myreliablemart.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Include RA number, reason for return, and copy of original invoice.

4. Return Conditions & Fees

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and resale‑ready.
  • Restocking fee: 25%–50% of item price plus original freight charges.
  • Inspections determine additional fees for damage or missing parts.
  • No refund if product is used, damaged, or improperly packaged by customer.

5. Quantity Limits

  • Non‑bulk orders (12 units or below) eligible for standard returns.
  • Orders over 12 units are treated as bulk and follow section 2 policy.

6. Non‑Refundable Items

  • Custom‑ordered or special‑request items.
  • Sexual wellness products, nutritional supplements near expiry (within 30 days).
  • Home health care equipment, electronics, candies, chocolates, and toys.

7. Shipping & Packaging

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Use adequate packaging to prevent damage; we are not liable for damage in transit.
  • For damaged shipping containers, notify the carrier immediately and retain packaging.

8. Defective or Incorrect Products

  • Email photos of defective or incorrect items to marketing@myreliablemart.com within 30 days.
  • Upon verification, we will replace the item at no charge.

9. Incorrect Address Fees

  • A $10 re‑route fee applies if provided address is incorrect and carrier redirects the package.

10. Delivery Refusal

  • Refusing delivery for reasons other than carrier error results in full charge and forfeits charge-back rights.

11. Product Descriptions & Images

  • Descriptions and images are for reference only and may differ from delivered products.
  • Consult product packaging and your healthcare provider for medical advice.
  • Supplements statements are not evaluated by the FDA.

12. Refund Processing

  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 15 business days of receiving return.
  • Credit card refunds may take 2–3 billing cycles to appear.
